    This problem can be seen if you enabled logging to the external server. If that is the case, resolving the problem requires selecting the 'Enable logging to the external server' checkbox, then selecting 'internal' from the dropdown and then unchecking the 'Enable logging to the external server' checkbox. This should enable you to view your Session Logs again.  If it does not please open a Support Ticket.
