CPU and Memory components not in inventory

CPU and Memory components don't seem to appear in Inventory->Device components in DX PM.

Anything I might be missing? Am I looking in the wrong place?

I need to group by name / description from CPU (and Memory) components for a dashboard.

How can I do it if they don't appear in inventory?

It's was a matter of reducing PC inventory due to scale. 
CPU/Memory/Partition are not needed to sync, unless you need to group/filter on them.
Typically, you want to see CPU/memory aggregated at device level.  And there was not an initial need to filter on Partitions.

But that's changed over the years, so we have always provided a way for customers to sync items not synced OOTB.
If a customer needs them for grouping purposes, or on-demand views, they are welcome to customize the components to be synced to PC.
We decided to leave that decision upto the customer to make depending on needs.
