    HI Members

we have enabled enabled windows authentication in IIS and we want servicedesk to be single signon & to bypass login page .

In our old servicedesk, it is working fine but since we migrated to 17.2 version and we have enabled iis windows authentication but still when access the portal it goes to login page. Is there something need to configure in servicedesl xml files also?

    #caservicedesk17.0
    #windowsauthentication
    #single-sign-on

    Thanks

    Hi Brian

Thanks for the link and it worked for me when we access the application the server hostname then it redirect to home page.

but our application is configured with F5, users are hitting f5 url i.e https://casdm.domain.net/CAisd/pdmweb.exe and it offload the traffic internal server.

So using f5 url, the login page is still coming. how can we overcome this?

    Many Thanks
