  • 1.  Don't show event/alarm for certain model_name?

    Hi all,

I just get stuck in trying to implement the following.

In Event Configuration for a certain model ({m}] I don't want a alarm to be show for event xxx.

How can this be done, as in Event Rules I'm not able to use {m} as discriminator.

I think answer seems to be easy but I don't see the solution yet.

    Thanks for helping.

You don't want it shown? Or you don't want it created? For shown, an alarm filter could help you. Create a GC and exclude those models that you dont want displayed. For created, an Event Procedure or an Event Condition has to be set. This will affect the overall event/alarm creation.

    Hi Catalin,
    thanks for your help.

I would like having the event not to be created for the corresponding model (model name {m}).
Do you have any examples how to create the Event Condition/Procedure to just not create an event for model with model_name {m} an event with id 0xXXX?
    This could help a lot.
