  • 1.  U00064009 Recipient cannot be informed internally via the UserInterface.

    Hi All,

    We are facing this error with one of the notifications.
    error: U00064009 Recipient cannot be informed internally via the UserInterface.

    Could someone please suggest what issue is causing this.

    From the manual, it looks to me like your error message is supposed to also include the specific recipient that it is failing to reach.  My guess is that the target recipient has either been deactivated or deleted from your client?

    Thanks for the response, the notification type was set to REQUEST.
    We changed that and it worked fine.
