smreghost fails with " Bad version number in hello message" in smps.log

    Hi Team,

     

    we are facing issues in registering trusted host with policy server. WA option pack is installed on windows server and smreghost fails with the error message " Bad security handshake attempt. Handshake error: 3153. Bad version number in hello message"

     

    Can anyone share their thoughts here?

    I have fixed this error.

     

    By default smreghost was taking FIPS comat mode when registering, when given an argument for Fips only mode, it worked fine.
