  • 1.  Is there a way to control what data to store in offline tables

I do not want to details of the 'cancelled' steps to be stored in the offline* tables. Is it possible to configure CA-RA in that way?

    Hello Amit,

As per current design all the process related data used by system is moved to offline table, once there job execution is finishes.

There is no customization available currently to control what type of data to move to this table.

However, I am not very sure about the reason you are looking for this, but in case if you are looking for some sort of filtered data. There are sets of filters available on Dashboard-> Process report which you can use to customize the row output.

If the concern is size of this table, the determined practice is to purge data from this table depending on business need for example older than 90/180 days.

    Regards,

    Saurabh
