    Hi Team good morning,

Customer is using Ca Service Catalog 14.1.02 and USS 14.1 with cum#1 and cum#2

In the Catalog Request detail page through the USS Portal, customer see the "Comments"  session duplicated, as showed in the image below. Do you have any idea?

    Tks in advance.

    Sheila

    Hallo Sheila.

Up to now, I've never seen this behaviour before in the USS-UI.

Please test after the below procedure has been executed? And see whether this 'cleanup' process, resolves this for you then.
    - Stop the CA Service Catalog services(Accounting and Catalog)
    - Stop the USS services
    - Empty/clear the %USM_HOME%\view\translets folder
    - (re)move the %USM_HOME%\logs\*.log files
    - Clear the browser-cache
    - Start the CA Service Catalog services(Accounting and Catalog)
    - Start the USS services

Should the issue then still remain, it is good practice to then open a standard case.
To be able to get the complete environment details available and the 'TRACE' log files to be analyzed upon.

Thanks and kind regards, Louis van Amelsfort.

    Hi Sheila,

I observed from the screenshot provided, the product does not seems be an English locale language.  Its very strange to see a duplication of comments but might as well be linked to the language specific behavior that needs to be tested further to confirm.

Can you mention the language that is shown in the screenshot?

Hi Maheshwar, thi is in Portuguese.

The expected behavior is when there is only one service option, only one comment appear in the Portal screen.

For more than one service Option, the comments will appear for each option and for Portal.

The current behavior for customer is: when here is only 1 Option, 2 commensts (1 for option, other for portal) is coming up.
