  • 1.  Does anyone have xFlow running successfully in their production environment?

Looking for a company that has xFlow installed in their production environment that wouldn't mind getting on a call to chat about it.

    Hello Tom.
We have installed (through the CF3) but we don't use yet because we didn't find ways to customize it.

    Thanks Fabiano for the comment.

We currently have it setup in 2 environments, (Dev & Test) and we are looking to put this into prod soon.  We did locate ways of customizing what we can enter into tickets within Xflow.  We are looking for another company that has it running to see what type of hardware load/resources it puts the existing CA Service Desk environment when we go to add this.  Note: I have spoken with several engineers on this and the results differ quite a bit.

    Hi Tom,

At CA World this past year there was a panel discussion with three of CAs customers who were in the midst of implementing xFlow.  You could ask your CA rep to try to get you in contact with them.  We've had our CA rep get us in contact with other customers in the past and it's worked out well.
