Clicking on the link CA Plex Compatibility Matrix for Supported Releases  I get following errors:

Firefox:

Chrome:

Internet Explorer 11

Downloading the file and open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader doesn't work neither

If I get the pdf from someone else, I can open it

Our Web support team gave all the required access for the users. Please try to upgrade adobe reader. 
Below is the update from the Web support team.

"User needs to update his Adobe reader. There is nothing much we can do from our end. All the required access is given to the user."
