Is there a support matrix that shows the supported versions of Embedded Entitlements Manager with Process Automation, Service Desk Manager, USS, and Service Catalog?

The matrix are typically stored in the product documentation and build upon each other.

For example, Process Automation does not require Service Desk Manager, USS, or Catalog to function, so the Process Automation version 4.3 sp4 only lists the required EEM versions:
    https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/intelligent-automation/automic-process-automation/04-3-04/getting-started/platform-support-and-requirements.html

The product documentation for the embedding products then builds upon that with Process Automation version details.  For example for Service Management:

Where can we find the Support Lifecycle Dates for EEM? We have been unable to locate a product page for EEM in product information or in the download manager.

As EEM is strictly a common component (used by multiple products for authentication and authorization), it is up to the various products that use it to comply with the matrix provided to them. There is not an external matrix.
The currently supported versions of EEM are 12.5.1.416 (CR04), 12.5.1.524 (CR05), and any release of 12.6.
The product is only available for download from the adopting product download pages, and it is that product team's responsibility to maintain current build availability.

Last year, we were forced to setup two EEM instances in our Prod environment because Support advised that PAM did NOT support the minimum version we were required to update to for one of the Service Management apps (I believe Service Catalog). This process seems to be broken since the various products are either failing to comply with the matrix provided or they are failing to keep their documentation updated.
