Issue:
After installing and configuring the ERP Agent for SAP, we start it but it doesn't work reporting the following error:

The license we put is brand new and we verified it is a valid one. We see no request getting to the Policy Server.
How can we fix this ?
Environment:
ERP Agent R12.0 64bit (build 254) on SAP Netweaver 7.01 on RedHat 7.1 64bit; Policy Server R12.52 on RedHat 6; Policy Server JDK 1.7.0_25 32bit;
Resolution:
You will get this error message if the ERP Agent is not installed correctly. For that we would suggest you to completely remove the ERP Agent binaries from the system and SAP, and proceed to install it again taking care of the following aspects :
- Follow the official documentation step by step to install and configure;
- Use the latest CR of the version you install;
- Configure the smwebas.home variable in the SAP Server before running the Configurator, as described in the documentation;
- Run ca_sapwebas_env.sh environment variable script before starting the SAP Server and before running the Configurator;
- Re-deployed the SiteMinderLoginModule.sda;
