Not able to access casdm

Hi All,

 

recently we are facing one weird issue, as some of the users are not able to access casdm though they have the required right to access the application. We analyst need to login to the application first on user's machin then only after logout user can login to the system.

 

No any error traced on log file nor the error thrown on front end, only shows login window in the popup. Requesting your help here.

Please describe exactly, what is happening. What are these users trying to do?
Do they get the login page?
Do they get an error message after  entering credentials?
Do you have any kind of SSO solution in place?

Exactly issue is as:  some users when they try to login to casdm they are not able to login instead they gets same popup of credentials, no any error thrown but the same credentials page gets open. Not allowing to land next logged in page.

Hmm, thats strange.

What do you mean by "same popup of credentials"

What do you mean by "same credentials page "

 

Normaly, if there is a problem with credentials/authentication , you'll get at least a popup, like

 

Please post the URL , your users are using , when trying to access SDM.

And again:Do you have any kind of SSO solution in place?

How is your Setup regarding authentication? (EEM ? / OS ? / SAML ?)

Some screenshots would be helpful as well.
