If you are thinking to rename these column headers in the CA PPM New User Experience, then I can confirm you that you will not be able to rename these column. This is as per the design.

These are the things a user can do in the CA PPM New UI, when it comes Tasks Board View:

    • Project managers, team members, and other users with project access can view and manage tasks in the List View or Board View.
    • When you assign resources to tasks in the List View or Board View, access rights are automatically granted to them in Classic CA PPM.

    • The Board View allows users to arrange leaf level tasks into columns.
      • Phase tasks are not shown in the Board View.
      • You can create new tasks within a column.
      • You can insert, delete, or rename columns.
      • You can reorder a task within a column or move to another column.

The current design allows the user to change the column headers on an individual project.  We are aware that your idea has value to allow the user to define the headers at higher level such as setting it up in a template or blueprint level and we would like to hear more about the use cases that you have in mind for this functionality.  Please bring this up through the Customer Voice enhancement process by contacting your company's representative.  I will also bring it up internally with our Product Management team.
