  • 1.  ActivityType - Event - how often triggered?

    Hi,
    in a customer env I have aty TR with an event attached wich triggers with a condition.
    When TR-activity sees two fields changed (assignee AND Group) it seems that event is fired 2 times.
    Can this be possible.
    I thought - one activity - one rule - one event?

    Peter, indeed two triggers/events here...one TR for assignee and one for group. Both assignee and group modifications are considered TR event so you will see two if you modify them at the same time(well for end users these fields are changed at the same time but behind the scene it is not...group first and then assignee). I don't think there is an option to change this. Thanks _Chi

    Hi,
    no, there is only ONE TR-Activity for changing assignee and group.
    BUT
    This only one TR-activity triggers TWO events for this ONE Activity.
    This shouldn't be.

    I tried to reproduce ... but couldn't.

    Is there any know issue for 17.1 RU 03 ?
