    Hi All,

I am trying to enable latency and jitter for the Juniper and could see that the target device model in the supported metric family, but it is showing only reachability metric.

Could anyone let me know why it is not showing latency and jitter for few device model and what I should do to enable that.

Most likely it is a configuration issue at the device side.
    You can
from snmpcollector configure Run Vendor Cert, it's an option at the 3 dots to the right of the profile and available at different levels
run a 3rd party tool such as snmpwalk available at the snmpcollector device support site

In either case all you will be doing is confirming if the device is or is not responding to snmp polling.
If it is not the network admin responsible for the device needs to set it up.

    Hi David,

The device is responding to SNMP and I am able to fetch data from other parameters like cpu, memory, fan state etc.

The metric family (Respone Path Test ICMP, Respone Path Test TCP, Respone Path Test HTTP) is missing  and when I checked the device support site the metrics are missing.

    Hi

    1)
    Check your specific model device
    https://devicesupport.broadcom.com/

    2)
    Ensure running at latest DCD

    https://docops.ca.com/ca-unified-infrastructure-management-probes/ga/en/alphabetical-probe-articles/snmpcollector-snmp-data-monitoring/snmpcollector-snmp-data-monitoring-release-notes/update-vendor-certifications

    3)
If device is not supported or if supported but specific metrics not currently certified please raise a certification reqeust via ticket to certify new metrics for that device

but it is showing only reachability metric.
    your second post has:
