License Table Used(Host) Column

We are confused about a license entry in our customer's environment. I have attached this license entry to this ticket.
Could you please explain to me what is the number's meaning in the last column (Used(Host))
[The value is = 00033/00040 (000035/000042) ]

Used (Host)

The number of licenses that are used.                     Agents for Enterprise Business Solutions: The number of running agents (total number of users who access them)                     Other agents: The number of used agents / number of used CPUs /Actual number of agents ( actual number of CPUs)                     Server: The number of used licenses (total number of actually running server processes)                     User: The number of used licenses

In your case the information you are looking for is 'Other agents' : 33 used agents / 40 used CPUs (35 actual agents / 42 actual CPUs).
