IM: Can we customize table in work item description?

Hi guys, my customer is asking to add some information to the table in work item description (see picture below). I found that table itself is generated in workitem.jsp file. However i have no idea where to change it. Do you have any idea how we could do it?

Hello Martin,

 

This field (Beskrivelse av godkjenningspolicy) is not part of our custom code.

It's a description field which exists on the Policy Based Workflow description -> on any policy based workflow configuration there is a description field.

is there way to change title in work item. I found this is generated from 2 parts in workitem.jsp file. I would like to know if it is posible to change title without changing jsp files and custom code?
