Upgrade UIM 9.0.2 to 20.3

Hi,
we just upgraded UIM Env Win12R version 9.0.2 to 20.3. we also installed\configured a new Cabi Bundle server.
The upgraded went fine and intstalled\configured new Cabi server too. Both Cabi and Wasp probes on Cabi servers start fine no error in login file but when we tried to opened OC received error poup " System componenet missing "CA Business Intelligence (CABI) system component is needed." The same error popup if we click on Dashboard option " IM over view". Please let us know how to correct the issue.

can you navigate to http://<CABI_Server_IP or hostname>:<port>/cabijs?

did you setup cabi_url configuration in cabi probe?

yes, we can login http://<CABI_Server_IP or hostname>:<port>/cabijs.
we also tried the below kb but still the same issue.

did you deploy the package ump_cabi to your oc server?

redeploy these packages to the cabi robot
uim_core_dashboards_pack
uim_unified_reporter_pack

disable the below flags related to same-site cookie
enter url chrome://flags
SameSite by default cookies
Enable removing SameSite=None cookies
Cookies without SameSite must be secure
In Edge also disable Schemeful Same-Site


At OC robot
deactivate wasp
open wasp raw configure and select setup
new key
key name: cabi
For Value enter the cabi address exactly as shown in the console /domain/hub/robot/cabi

Also at the OC robot
rename the wasp work and webapps/cabi folders
activate wasp and restart the robot

At the cabi robot
open wasp raw configure and select setup
set cabi_url = http://fullname.domain.com or IP address/cabijs < this is the url used to load cabi server.
restart the cabi robot

In my experience if you move the CABI server (as you have effectively done) it is the wasp cabi key and the cabi cabi_url key that need to be updated added and it fixes the component missing error (especially as you can connect successfully directly to the cabi server
