    Hi,

I'm trying to update our production CA Release Automation environment and getting the following error when trying to update the management server:

I had no issues upgrading the execution servers.

I don't get which job is blocking the update.

I don't see anything running in the online process report from the automation studio or in RoC, even tried to see if I can find it in the database, but the "execution_jobs" table is empty and I didn't know any other to check

I already tried restarting the management server and stopping the windows services.

    Nothing helps.

    Anyone know this problem?

    I also already created a case: 20053035
Just thought I post here too, trying all channels

    thanks
    michael

    Hi Michael,
It may be some unattended test runs which may be blocking. Can you please try to invoke removeTestRuns via NAC JMX http://NAC-URL:20203/mbean?objectname=noliocenter%3Atype%3Dinfo

    Hi Saurabh,

    thank you very much!

it wasn't the test run, but I saw removeAllActiveRuns in the jmx view as well and did run that. It removed to IDs and installation is now running

are you able to access the case and take it over + close it? Otherwise I see what I can do (still not the biggest fan of this new broadcom UI/case management)

    thanks
    Michael
