  • 1.  CABI server synchronization fail with CAPC

    Hi All,

    we have integrated the CABI server with CA PC. after we scheduling the Top-N report on the CABI server the time it processes on CABI, the CABI server and CA PC synchronization has failed. does anyone have an idea on this?

    Can you upload the DMService.log from the last sync failure?

    It should tell us more why sync is failing, hopefully.

    We get nothing from CABI, and only PUSH users and performance center properties settings to CABI.  It's very simple.
