    Hi Team,

    Do we have a privilege to get SMS alerts for CA Service Desk for Priority 1 issues/ SLA Breaches?

    Please let me know if there is any way we can configure the requirement.

    This is possible with minor customizations depending on how complex you want to be, as it is not an OOTB integration. Check out the following topics similar to yours which may help to steer you in the right direction:
