CA IDM - Error on Provisioning Manager

Hi All,

I am getting this error when I tried to add the DB2 endpoint on my provisioning manager. 
Can anyone share what is the cause of this error?

I found a similar problem in the past, but regarding another dll.
If you're on a recent 64bit windows, check if the server has .net framework 3.5 installed.
The CCS should depend on it, but in the recent versions of windows, .net 3.5 is an optional feature.
If you have a dev/uat server, try to install it on that server, to avoid the loading of unuseful components if it's not the right solution.

Thank you for your reply. I already have the .net framework installed earlier. The error still appears.
