    Hi Team,

    Please suggest me steps for sending manual notification by SMS for servicedesk.(What should be the preferred method for sending sms).

    Hi Jagatjyoti,

     

    You can actually send MMS to most carriers through number@carrier.com

     

    So basically what you would do is send it as an email notification but, put that number@carrier.com as the address.

    Hi Anthony,

    Please tell me steps how can I do it for a particular incident.Lets say one incident is there, for that I need to send a sms to that end user through manual notification.
