Hi,
at a customer, when pdmweb.exe is opened via
https
and you
close the tab with x
we get an error in productiv environment:
An error occured. try it again or contact the system administrator. Access denied.
This happens when site is called by https an full quallified url.
Using http and server-name only the error does not occur.
This can only be seen on productiv system. Test and dev-Systems work correct.
Any idea what we could check?
Regards,
Peter

Hi Peter.
when closing browser windows/tabs, the SDM interface tries to do a logout before actually letting the browser program closing the window.
I would start using fiddler, to check, if this logout is working... also checking the javascript console might reveal some hints.
