    Dear Community

     

    When you start selang console on an endpoint, shows me the following message:

    I am unable to connect to the end point, I can not create resources and no changes privileged account passwords are synchronized. All this was working properly.

    As I can fix this?

    Hi Benny

     

    Please check if somebody updated/deleted or modified the files located in CAPKI folder.

     

    to resolve the issue do the following and check.

     

    1. stop the controlminder endpoint services

    2. backup the existing capki folder

    3. copy a capki folder from a working server.

    4. start the controlminder endpoint services.
