How to find out when the probes got deleted

Hi Team,

Is there any ways to find out when the probes went missing, DBA teams informed us that sqlserver and oracle probes went missing.

Do you have auditing set up?

How about looking at the file system and the update times on the directories. If you remove a probe via the Broadcom supported methods, there directories will still exist because the configuration files don't get removed.

nimbus_manager.log & the _xx log
they save a few days history
look for inst_pkg_remove name=

Hi David,

The inst_pkg_remove name= logs does show the probe delete status, but it shows where the Infrastructure manager is installed. I Need for the Nimsoft robot installed on a system.

Hi Garin,

We haven't set up the audit probe, what is the Broadcom supported methods  of removing the directories.

As per my understanding the Directories showing the timing will be the one when the probe got deleted but need to find whether it was removed during that time or not!
