CA IDM Workpoint Designer Email Alert

Hi,
I'm having a problem while try to use email alert on pending approvals. While it is possible to give alert using the email template and from user console once the request is on pending to the approval the first time, but giving an alert email reminder, for instance, every hour doesn't seem to be possible. Is there a way to do this? I've tried using the example ones which it has an interval and recurrence but it will only give a single email and no more. Please let me know if there's a way to configure this. Thank you.

This Would be handled in Workpoint.  Are you using in OOB Workflow process?  Is this a custom Workflow process?  Which sample are you using?  You said it works for one e-mail.  Is that driven by IM layer or through a sample Workflow process?

Do you have a picture of the Workflow process?

I'm currently using the OOB which I've modified by adding the alerts. Here's the picture of the process

The example that I'm copying from is workpoint process 'SendEmailProcess', Which not only added the alert, but also additional user data of "EMAIL_REMINDER_INTERVAL" and "EMAIL_REMINDER_RECURRENCE. Currently is working from the IM Layer since we've configured from within the IM (such as the SMTP server and email template). Is it different with the workpoint one?
