Hello,
I'm trying to change the web session timeout value from 60 to 30 minutes. This is accomplished by modifying the timeout value to 30 minutes in servername-web1.cfg file on the secondary servers and recycling services.
https://bit.ly/2mdFEbu----snip----
# Timeout specifies the maximum number of minutes a user's session can be
# inactive before it is canceled and all resources released. After this
# period has elapsed, the user must start a new session by logging in again.
! Timeout 60
----end snip----
Change to:
Timeout 30
The issue is that it's reverting back to the same setting after recycling services. The file is getting modified by the primary server and the change is not being saved.
I read in the URL below about something similar in 12.6, so I'm wanted to know if same issue is found in 12.9 where a patch fix is needed.
https://bit.ly/2mJjTAwHere is a snip of the discussion:

Glad you mentioned the version. (Finally! Someone did!) If on SDM 12.6, then you'll need SDM 12.6 Cumulative Patch 3,
which contains USRD 1844 which fixes a problem with the timeout variable.
---end snip---
I would appreciate any help with how to overcome this issue.
Thanks!
MJ
