Jobs not running in Automic Workload Automation 11.2 and are in Hung/long running state

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue that many Jobs in PROD and QA environment have gone to hung state like are in i.e. : Waiting for predecessor/waiting for Host/Running status for a very long time and every time in the parent workflow we see that many Jobs are in blocked status in yellow color box and we have to modify by unblocking it for other Jobs to run.

Please let us know what additional information you need.

Kindly let us know the root cause and the best process to mitigate the challenges.

Hi

That's a question for your automic admin and/or operations team (they are really a team, hopefully!).

If you are the automic admin I recommend a basics & admin training @ Automic.

if your jobs are blocking you should check the jobs's reports for the cause why they are blocking....

if you are using one of the latest version of UC4 / AWA / One Automation please get in contact with Support to open a ticket.
Otherwise update/upgrade your system and check if the problem still exists.
