Information with more detail.

Hello everyone,

To request your support, we need to see an array of affectation with more detail.

because the tool only allows us to visualize the a CIs another CIs .

but in the Visualizer if we can see this information

we need to know which table contains the information of the relationship of the CI's and add it to the following web form

list_ci_descendants.htmpl

but when I see the CI and I click Impact Explore section.

shows me the following error

My first question - Is this a customized file that you are using for CI List or is OTB?

 

I've seen such behavior in the HTMPL files with a wrong attribute value or two many Dot(.) notations. Could you provide the information used in the list file specific to the Relationship attribute and the relevant value?

can you show us the lscol macro tag that you are using?

you are on the nr object and therefor will need to construct from here

out of my memory the attributes start will be: bm_child_hier
