  • 1.  UC4 Workflows - STOP-Client-wide stop of automatic processing

    Hi All,
           
    After the OS patch on one of the UC4 client, we have released the client and we noticed one new issue in one UC4 client.There are many WF's, which are having the C_period all of sudden JOBP is going to STOP-Client-wide stop of automatic. 

    Attaching some of these examples of issue. We need to manually go each intermediate job and need to start it , to progress further on workflow. 

    Time being we suggested Developers below workarounds , but still see similar issues. 
    workarounds done:
    1.Suggested them to change the time frames to 24 hrs. - Images01, Image02 attached for reference.
    2.Did complete client stop and start

    Any help here would be appreciated. Looking for any quick response, as one of the priority job is experiencing this issue.
