Requested type name "task" is not valid for this collection

We're currently having a problem expanding Test Sets to view the Test Cases and Tasks within them. When we click the expand button, we get a red error message "Requested type name "task" is not valid for this collection".

This happens even on Test Sets that do not contain tasks.

Does anyone know if this is something that is changing with Rally or if there are plans to fix this?

    Hi Bernadette,

I'm seeing the same behavior.  I'm checking with development to see if they're aware of this issue.

    Hi Bernadette,

Quick update on this; we filed a defect for this last night.  I'll reference this post in the defect.

Can we get an ETA on when this defect is likely to be dev and QA complete?

    Hi Greg,

I don't have an ETA yet but we've had a few cases opened on this which are attached to the defect now.

Are you having this issue as well?  If so, could I trouble you to create a case for this?  The more cases we get attached to that defect, the more we can show that this needs to be a priority with development due to visibility with customers.

    Hi Bernadette,

Could I trouble you to create a case for this?  I'm not able to see which company you're with in the communities and we have a couple of users in Rally that share your name.  The more cases we get attached to that defect, the more we can show that this needs to be a priority with development due to visibility with customers.

Our users are also seeing this problem.  I have created case 20011662.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to file support tickets. When I sign in to the support site and try to create a new case, I get an error message indicating I need to contact my admin.

Our licenses are currently being renewed, and while there is an agreement in place that allows us to continue using rally, we apparently cannot file support tickets.
