    OneClick events are not updated since two days ago.

     

    According to the Apache logs, this could be the issue:

    1) Name: 1025 (Product version: 9.2.0) - Create the reporting_api schema, and maintain the srmapi user.
    2) Name: 1027 (Product version: 9.2.0) - Bulk load all tables.
    3) Name: 1020 (Product version: 9.2.0) - Update and maintain all views in the reporting_api schema.
    4) Name: LoadExternalizedReportStrings (Product version: 9.2.0) - Add externalized report strings

     

    Any procedure for this?

    The output of the log file you copied doesn't really show much of the error message related to event synchronisation failure . You might need to look bit further to identify the exact error message related to SRM in the log file

    Hi Ricardo,

     

    There is nothing wrong at the portion of the log you have provided.

    The problem must be in another portion of the log.
