12.3.1 JOBP generates always request

Hi,
I install Automic 12.3.1, the build of 2020-02-15. I create a JOBP without any objects. I run it and get a request.
Is it a designed change? How to avoid this request as 12.2?

I'm curious, what did Support say on this? If they said what I expect they said (rhymes with "my benign"): did you already put in an idea?

We also still see this with 12.3.1 and certain (not all) jobs. It's a nuissance and not dangerous, but appears to be a bug to us.

The problem seems to go away when your job is switched to "generate at runtime" (Kudos @Matthias Schelp)

Hi Carsten,
Correct. But, the request should not be sent with default generation mode. The users will give up a good practice to take care of the messages and the requests.

Yes, this is default behaviour.

Activation report is empty is because this activation is not completed yet.

Unfortunately 2 days after this response the case was closed.
I was not yet finished with my swear word dictionary so I did not open a follow up.

Yeah, I can take it. My character stats for "bitternes" are 4W6+10 and I have the "Disillusioned Administrator" perk, providing additional saving throws against bad news from software houses.

Also, the Many-Worlds-Theorem postulates there exists an alternate universe where Automic actually cares about fixing the product, and in that universe, there's a happy version of me. Lets me sleep at night.
