We need some help with the Auto-scheduling feature.
After Auto-scheduling one of the projects, we got strange behavior on some tasks.
If we compare between the LF-EF and LS-ES, we can see that the late dates are earlier than the early dates.
I checked the total float on these tasks and found that it is negative.
Can it happen?
Why Does it happen?
What it tells us?
how Can we fix it?
And another question,
Does the Critical Path calculation should take into account the completed tasks?
It seems that the MSP doesn't take them into account but Clarity does.
Can We change the calculation method on Clarity?
