Why Upgrade to UIM 20.1

As customers become aware of the plans for UIM 20.3, which will deliver a Flash-free experience for both administrators and operators, one consideration is upgrading to the latest release and start the transition to some of the features offered with UIM 20.1, including Zero Touch Configuration and the Operator Console. For some customers, getting a head start on an an upgrade to UIM 20.1 now will make an upgrade to 20.3 much easier.  See attached presentation that highlights the marquee features of UIM 20.1
