  • 1.  Unable to get exchange rate -ERROR 962

    Hi,

    We are facing this issue with Invalid transactions, which has around 1L error records every month.
    Maximum error is for  962- "Unable to get exchange rate"

    we have the Exchange rates specified every month , for both :
    EUR-other currencies(Divide)
    other currencies- EUR(Multiply).

    recently the error Unable to get exchange rate occurred in more number and we need to clear it.

    please suggest.

    Check the Effective Dates on the Exchange Rate Definitions.
    Be sure you have it defined for both (as you have noted) 
    Here is a KB that explains one reason you may encounter this error.
    Although the error number is different, it is worth the effort to check this area as well.
