Issue:
Delay In Triggering The Events Post the Failback from Secondary App Server To Primary App Server
Impact: New scheduled events which are supposed to be triggered into monitor didn't load until Secondary was completely brought down
Root cause: Not yet identified, being investigated as
32163247 case.
To mitigate the issue we would like to understand if there is a way we can monitor for new schedules getting triggered from application server?
1. If no new schedules are loaded into monitor for more than certain time, we need a notification.
2. Any scheduled event is taking longer (>10min) to load into monitor.
Please let us know if there is a configuration property or any way we can have this monitored?
