Job stuck in READY state

    I have an application with 2 SQL jobs.  When I trigger the job, they are stuck in the READY state.  Any ideas on how to get them to proceed?

    I will suggest to raise a ticket for it to analyze what caused this problem at your end.

    on the server the plugin was installed does the agentparm.txt file have the db information, it would say Added by Installer for database and have the information below it

    Thanks for your reply!  Yes, that's what I had to do – I had to install the addon for the database.  Now it works sort of, but I have to fix the log4j properly. L  Now when I try to run startServer, I get the error that it's not set up properly.  Thanks for your help!
