resubmitting failed jobs

Is there any way to resubmit failed jobs from outside of the Client, say with the CLI or a REST/Web Service call?

Hi,
You can resubmit a job using SOAP.  See here for more details on resubmitting.

You will need to install the CA WA WebServices.  It comes packaged in the DE DVD for Linux and Windows.
