    Hello,

Would anyone please have an idea why the issue below is being encountered and what could be done to resolve? Thanks.

Issue: An SFTP job (both download & upload) fails with error "Software caused connection abort: socket write error" when mliddomain1\invctmqa "Run as User" ID is used. However, it will complete successfully every time if a different "Run as User" ID (mliddomain1\invctmdv) is used.

Screenshot when mliddomain1\invctmqa "Run as User" ID is used:
Screenshot when mliddomain1\invctmdv "Run as User" ID is used. Only the "run as user" field was changed and other fields still use the same values.

What has been checked so far:
    * mliddomain1\invctmqa ID is in the administrator group of INVHPUTLUAT agent so it should have the access to the private key and other local folders in the agent server. The ID can run as batch on the server.
    * mliddomain1\invctmqa ID works fine in other SFTP connection
    * mliddomain1\invctmqa ID has modify access in the local file name (all folders, subfolders, file)

    Thank you and Regards,
    Dave

    Hi,

I am not sure why this is causing problem with the particular user id. It is better to open a ticket to investigate and conclude the cause.
