    Hi All,

in the WCC under agent inventory tab, the status is disabled.

what is that we have missed with the configuration/settings.

we also did this procedure, but still getting the same error.

How to grant access to AutoSys Web Services to a Global Group in EEM
    Broadcom remove preview
How to grant access to AutoSys Web Services to a Global Group in EEM
General access to the AutoSys Web Server is granted by adding a user to the WorkloadAutomationAEWebService application group in EEM under the WorkloadAutomationAE application. You are able to add individual global users to this group, but you are not able to add a global group.

    Hi Balachandra,

Within the WCC configuration tab you must amend the details associated to the AutoSys instance. Add the Web Services URL, e.g. https://ae_server:rest_port/AEWS under the Application Server heading. Once added, validate the server/instance.

    Many thanks,
    Jon

    Hi John,

yes we have defined AEWS with respect to Autosys scheduler.

    https://ae-servername:9443/AEWS

    And it validated good.

You have to create the WorkloadAutomationAEWebService Group, I did it as a DUG.

And assign the monitoring ID used on webserver and waae scheduler..

    Hello Steve,

we have already taken care of this part, as you explained.

You have to create the WorkloadAutomationAEWebService Group, I did it as a DUG.

But will you please elaborate this line?

And assign the monitoring ID used on webserver and waae scheduler..

is it the "monitoring ID" be also defined in the WAAE scheduler? like in "autosys_secure"?

if you send us the screenshot, it'll be very helpful.

    Thank you.

I will not send you a screen shot. Sharing my environment would be a security concern.

Using eEM create a DUG . then add the userid that is used as  _Monitor_ is in the CRED Tab.

If you do not know how to do this then contact CA they wil walk you through it.

    Good Luck.

    Thank you
