Dear All , 

As we have more than 7,00,000 jobs in our environment and our current WCC version is 11.4.SP6 with the few patches . We are facing collector issues frequently . Hence we have planned to upgrade to 11.4 SP7 . Any other idea to fix this collector issue .

Can anyone help with the upgradation of WCC 11.4.SP6 to 11.4 SP7

Hello Raj,

I highly recommend going to WCC/WebGUI version 12 instead.  That way you're on the latest version, with full 64-bit support and the latest patches and revisions.  We've been testing it for a couple months and haven't found any issues, and plan to upgrade our staging and then production environments in the next couple months.

I completely agree with you !!

We are planning to upgrade our environment to R12 but that is in progress . It would take time to upgrade all our environment . As the collector issues are faced very frequently we planned to upgrade to 11.4 SP7 to resolve collector issues
