Postgres in Workload Automation AE

    Hi

    I'd like to understand why CA WAAE 11.3.6.sp8 and 12.0 uses Postgres version 9.5.2. At the time of CA WAAE 11.3.6.sp8 and CA WAAE12.0 releases, newer versions of postgres were available. 
    AutoSys Workload Automation guide says, that Event Management requires PostgreSQL 9.5.2. Why this version? Will EM work with newer versions? Does it require a specific library that is only available in 9.5.2?
