autosys restart after autosys db down 4 hours -what happens to missed jobs

Hi, 

Have question on scenario:

If autosys services are  brought up after autosys db was down for 4 hours (assume single db mode) -what happens to missed scheduled  jobs?
Will  the scheduled missed jobs from 4 hours ago run or autosys will run just scheduled  jobs going forward?

Can't seem to find good doc explaining behavior on this type scenario.

Hi Bill, 
All unprocessed STARTJOB events in the database from the time it was shutdown. STARTJOB event is either generated manually through a sendevent or auto-generated by the Scheduler at the time of job completion based on date/time condition or job dependencies.
