CA workload DE 12.1 rest api's are unstable

I feel the rest api for CA workload automation DE version 12.1 is not working as expected. They are very unreliable in terms of execution and giving expected results. Almost every rest api has some or the other issue. E.g.

1. Application definition rest api cannot pass Agent group while creating new application and it also has some issue while passing values for successor.
2. Application Definition  rest api to query or return one or more application definitions fails intermittently. First execution is bit fast  followed by slow execution second time and eventually 500 error by 5th or 6th execution. ​
3.  Rest api to get the application definition details doesnt return anything if job is using agent group.
4  Event action restapi fails with 422 error saying the data provided is not in correct format.

Let me know if you can get any of above items to work.
