    I am converting SAP 4.5.1 JIL to 11.36 and creating a SAP job in WCC.
    4.5.1 command is:
    sapjob jobname=REFUND_JOB START=C JOBUSER=BATCH TITLE=REFUND_ EXPIRATION=8 RELEASE=N PDEST=911J
    NEWSPOOL=Y SPOOLPRI=Medium

    sap_job_name: REFUND_JOB
    sap_step_parms: abap_name=???????, TITLE=ZFIO_REFUND_ EXPIRATION=8,arc_printer=8lj6, new_spool=Y, print_priority=5

    4.5.1 was starting REFUND_JOB in SAP.  How do start the REFUND_JOB in 11.3.6 SP7?

    Regards,

    Hi Akbar,

    In 4.5 you would be using the SAP Adapter, which is still supported, so no change is needed to run it as a command job.
    There are a set of SAP job types that are available and to use them you would need to install the SAP agent/plugin onto the agent where you want to run them from.
    You would then need to convert the adapter job to the SAP job type.  There is a conversion utility available from support.  Others on the community may have experience and advice on using it vs a manual conversion.  But again, you can continue to run the adapter.
