Workload Automation Dashboard blank

We have one (1) user who has a **blank** Workload Automation Dashboard. 
He logs in fine and sees the Dashboard tab but no selections under the tab and no widgets displayed. See image.

He has the same rights as another user that displays the Dashboard fine.

Anyone seen this??  
Anyone know the cause??

Hi Mark,

Have you tried in a different browser Chrome/Firefox? 

Do you see these entries in the /etc/profile.CA file on the WCC server (if it is on *NIX)
# var CA_WAAE_SDK_LIB with value /opt/CA/WorkloadAutomationAE/autosys/lib
CA_WAAE_SDK_LIB=/opt/CA/WorkloadAutomationAE/autosys/lib
export CA_WAAE_SDK_LIB

Then, is the /etc/profile sourcing /etc/profile.CA ?

If WCC is installed on a Windows server, then check if the system variable CA_WAAE_SDK_LIB is pointing to the correct location.

If you are absolutely certain he has the same rights. Then he needs to clear all his cache including java cache
