Download center cant find anything

No matter what I search for I get 'no product found' This used to work for Workload Automation products.

Hi Mark,

  This is what I do to find patches or fixes to download.

 

1)      Once you logon to support.broadcom.com, click on Enterprise Software and in the search bar, you can put in "11.3.6 SP8 CUM1"  and filter by solutions to avoid the documentation.  Or you can enter SO12221 in the search bar which is Linux only.

2)      You can also locate it by navigating to the Download Management area in the Support site. Download Management defaults to the "Product Download" tab. If you select the "Solution Download" tab instead, you'll see the list of products components. If you click on the "11.3.6" release, you'll find the SP8 Cum1 maintenance at the top.

I had this same thing happen and opened a Case – when the Broadcom staff searched – they were able to give me URLs and their URLs worked. Nothing I did on my own worked.

Same as MonsterJonny.  I can't find anything.  Opened Case and got a link which worked.  This needs to be fixed asap.
